  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
