1. Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Some items (such as cosmetics, skincare, and perishable goods) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for size, color, or product variation), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
